    Ronawk is excited to announce that Amy B. Manning-Boğ (pronounced: Boh), Ph.D., has joined us as our Chief Scientific Officer (CSO). Dr. Manning- Boğ’s experience in biotechnology start-ups, drug discovery, translational research, intellectual property, licensing, and various scientific ecosystems will be an asset to Ronawk in accelerating our growing cell culture technologies.
    Dr. Manning- Boğ has been a scientific leader and executive in discovery and translational research, with a strong track record of leading and contributing effectively to multidisciplinary and team-based environments for over 21 years. She has led from concept to development of many innovative, novel therapeutics including biologics, small molecules, and gene-modifying agents across multiple domains including neuroscience, oncology, and metabolic diseases. Most recently she was the Chief Innovation Officer at MRIGlobal; responsible for leading the identification and translation of proprietary intellectual property into commercialization opportunities through licensing, royalties, and new business venture start-ups, in addition to leading the translational development team. 
    Prior to MRIGlobal, Dr. Manning-Boğ worked in Silicon Valley for decades at a variety of biopharma and non-profits. She earned her B.S. in Biology at Missouri State University in Springfield, and an Interdisciplinary Ph.D. in Molecular/Cell Biology and Biochemistry at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
